About Marten Runow

I grew up in the suburbs of Stockholm and had a great childhood, which included a lot of sports and thus many challenges. In my family there was always a point of finding new and odd solutions and that is something I brought through life.

In both my private life and business, my purpose of helping others reach their goals has led me in my main decisions. It’s been a constant  challenge and given me many incredible friends across the world and a very exciting and fulfilling life.

I’ve been working in the field of Hiring for over 20 years now and have started a company called Performia which helps me to achieve my purpose and that concentrates on educating business owners and executives in how to hire the right people and how to care of existing personnel.

I am a proud father and have amazing kids and a beautiful wife that I want to spend as much time as possible with but I do travel a lot in order to deliver seminars in Hiring and Personnel.
